The project website was launched

The project website is launched and acts as a tool for information sharing and one of the main communication and collaborative tools for the project team. The project website is a separate and dedicated ITC platform provided and maintained by the Contractor in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the tasks and activities during the project implementation.

The role of the project website is to ensure a smooth and real-time communication between the project team and the representatives of the key stakeholders while maintaining the level of transparency required by the rules governing the implementation of EU-funded projects. The platform can be accessed following the web link Any user can browse the public area, but members of the project team and representatives of the key stakeholders shall register before entering the private area.

This environment contains a series of functionalities accessible in a secure way by registered users as follows:

  • Project Library / Project Knowledge Management Database 
  • Communication platform
  • Contact database
  • Timetable of works and Project Implementation Events
  • Reporting
  • Stakeholder consultation
  • Privacy

The platform content will be regularly updated and it will evolve as the project implementation progresses.
